BS-B260 thermal shrink packaging machine is suitable to shrink PVC with far-infrared adiation. The thickness of shrink film should be in the range of 0.01-0.04 mm. 

Quartz heating pipes are located on the top, bottom and sides of the shrinking tunnel.
The temperature of the shrink room and the speed of the conveyer are adjustable.
And the size of shrink tunnel can be customized.
Conveyor has options of chain roller or iron net conveyor for choice.

Mesh Type

Mainly use galvanized mesh or stainless mesh. metal mesh conducts heat quickly, the temperature of bottom will be higher.
If the contact area is big there will be impress on the film. If is strict with appearance or contact area is big, not recomend to use this type.
If the contact area is small, like tableware and irregular products can use this type

Chain Type
There is spring steel bar in the middle of the chain, the steel bar is covered with heat-resistant silicone tube to isolate heat protect the deformation of film. The distance between two chains is 2cm,
round pruduct can be stuck in it and move with the conveyor, make the shrinking effect better.
This type is suitable for big contact area products.

Teflon Type
Use PTFE as raw material, steeped in high-performance glass fiber, is a high-performance multipurpose new composite.
It is suitable for small products, and will not burn film, is the best material of shrinking tunnel in the market
