Conveyor Belt

The conveyor belt features a stainless steel frame, a wear-resistant belt, aluminum side rails, and a compact motor. It is ideal for transporting small bottles.

Control panel

The simple control panel allows adjustment of the filling volume by setting the filling time and speed. For different nozzles, fine-tuning the filling time can achieve the same filling volume.

4 Peristaltic Pump

The high-precision peristaltic pump provides a stable filling flow rate. The liquid only comes into contact with the tubing, ensuring better hygiene and easy cleaning. Diaphragm and gear pumps can also be customized as needed.

Filling nozzle

The machine comes with four food-grade plastic nozzles, along with an extra set of 3mm-diameter nozzles for filling bottles with narrow openings.

Sensor and Baffle

Dual sensors combined with a solenoid valve baffle adjust sensor spacing and position based on bottle size, enabling fully automatic filling.
