Product Description

This automatic small bottle filling and capping machine integrates bottle positioning, filling, cap feeding, and capping into one fully automated process. Driven by a servo motor, the multi-station rotary system ensures precise bottle transfer to each station. Each rotary plate is tailored to match a specific bottle diameter for optimal stability.

The machine features a PLC control system, allowing easy adjustment of parameters and ensuring smooth, consistent operation. The filling system can be customized based on product type, with options such as diaphragm pumps or peristaltic pumps for liquids, and gear pumps, rotor pumps, or pistons for viscous products.

Cap feeding and capping mechanisms are also customized based on cap types, including droppers, round caps, ROPP caps, and pump caps. A specially designed vibrating bowl quickly arranges caps and guides them to the feeding station.

3-In-1 Rotary System

Rotary Plate is made of POM plastic, each rotary plate is designed for bottles of a specific diameter. Multiple sets can be customized for different bottle sizes.
Integrates filling, cap feeding, and capping processes for fully automatic and fast packaging.

Filling Structure

The system is equipped with two filling nozzles and positioning sensors, ensuring that filling only starts when a bottle is accurately detected. The dual-nozzle design significantly increases filling efficiency.

The filling system can be customized based on the characteristics of the product. The displayed model uses a peristaltic pump, while other available options include diaphragm, gear, rotor pumps, and piston to meet various filling needs.
