               Vertical Single Head Paste Filler/Paste Filling Machine 

Principle: G1LGD100-5000 series paste filling machines are of semi-automatic piston type. The material pumped through a piston which is driven by a cylinder and the flow direction is controlled by rotary valve. The cylinder stroke is controlled by a signal valve and the filling amount can be adjusted by a hand wheel. 

Property: This filling machine is produced on the basis of further transformation and innovation of of our own filling machines as well introducing advanced foreign technology. In terms of the updated structure, It is easier to oprate, more efficient and  the accuracy is higher.

This filling machine is mainly used for paste and sauce which is of high consistence.
